What a cutie! Kelly K from WDJX Morning show came in with her super sweet
husband to photograph their newborn son Jacob. He was wide awake and ready for his first photo session with Dede.

We really had fun photographing Jacob, and even got daddy to to take off his shirt and show his muscles.
Everything was going great until Kelly got a good lesson in holding a naked baby when Jacob peed all over her. Daddy of course, got a good laugh. After that, Jacob allowed us to photograph him in many positions, but would not go to sleep until he was laying on top of mommy.

Twins, Twins Everywhere!!

Can you believe we had 2 sets of twins on one day.

Boy, O Boy it seems like we are photographing more and more multiples these days.

The first set were almost four years old, Lilly and Kenna.

They were super cute with loads of energy and danced all over the place.

After we had a whirlwind time with the big girls, we then welcomed the newborns, Isabella and Olivia.

They cuddled together wearing their pink feather hats.

The only way we could get Olivia to sleep was to nest her next to her sister. (Who slept perfectly the whole time).

Everyone was safe from the girls mother nature, except for grandpa, who got two explosions at once with lots of newborn baby poo.

No one got hurt and everyone had a great time.

Catherine's Pick of the Week

As Creative Director here at Dede Holman Photography, I am always on the lookout for great children's clothes. To look great in (and out) of a photograph, clothes must be superior in quality and highlight, but not overshadow, the personality of the little ones wearing them.

As luck would have it, a Dede Holman Photography client recently started an online children's boutique called SQUEEZE HUGS that offers fantastic infant and children's clothes, accessories, and furnishings. My own children were recently in the studio for a shoot and Dede captured these images of them in their Squeeze Hugs gear. Cousins!!!

My sister, Sarah, and her family were in Louisville a couple of weeks ago and we just couldn't resist getting our kiddos together for a photo shoot at the studio. Aren't my neices precious?

I love the photo of all the cousins together....litterally the ONLY minute they all sat still the entire visit!!!
