Catherine's Pick of the Week

As Creative Director here at Dede Holman Photography, I am always on the lookout for great children's clothes. To look great in (and out) of a photograph, clothes must be superior in quality and highlight, but not overshadow, the personality of the little ones wearing them.

As luck would have it, a Dede Holman Photography client recently started an online children's boutique called SQUEEZE HUGS that offers fantastic infant and children's clothes, accessories, and furnishings. My own children were recently in the studio for a shoot and Dede captured these images of them in their Squeeze Hugs gear. Cousins!!!

My sister, Sarah, and her family were in Louisville a couple of weeks ago and we just couldn't resist getting our kiddos together for a photo shoot at the studio. Aren't my neices precious?

I love the photo of all the cousins together....litterally the ONLY minute they all sat still the entire visit!!!

Class of 2010

These are just a few of our awesome Seniors from the Class of 2010. Senior shoots are so much fun!!! We love it when Seniors bring their iPod so the whole studio vibrates with music. Less than THREE weeks after giving birth, Dede is back at it. She will be returning to the studio on Tuesday, May 19th. Is she crazy? Is she addicted to photography? Is she Superwoman? Yes. Yes. And, Yes.

Along with my family, I am proud to introduce our latest addition, Wyatt Andrew Holman. Born on Thursday, April 30, 2009, at 8:29p.m., Wyatt weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 21 inches long. Big brother, Ethan, and big sister, Hattie, love their new baby brother and Craig and I are adjusting to life as a family of five. Here are some of the moments from Wyatt's first days.
